A romantic couple photoshoot at the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens in Cape Town, South Africa!
Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens is a world renowned botanical gardens in the world. In fact it is ranked no.7 globally. No wonder at all, this is one of the best places I have ever visited. A feast for all nature and botanical lovers but not also for bird watchers, hikers and families alike. There is even art to be seen, and summer classical concerts and private events taking place. This stunning gardens is like a huge park that is the size of a small national park. Of course this is a perfect location to shoot a romantic anniversary couple photoshoot. Memories treasured forever.. and the aroma, the warm sunshine hitting your back still lingers on..
The atmosphere was just so perfect .. it wasn’t too warm but temperatures around 24 degrees. Just pleasant enough to walk everywhere and try and absorb as much of the garden’s beauty as possible. My couple Anna and her fiancée … were there at the first time ever. They have not yet been to too many places in Cape Town. So for them it was an extra special day. We took a relaxed approach to our photoshoot and there was lot of smiles, giggles and awe. By the end of our photoshoot we were little exhausted and took a coffee break at the wonderful restaurant and cake place on foot.
There is just so much to photograph and explore… you cannot possibly do that in one day. One requires about at least two full days to observe all the plants and try and photograph as many birds as possible.
With the backdrop of Table Mountain.. and gigantic trees… The canopy walkway or also called the boomslang walkway was certainly the highlight of our photos… .. Here are some pictures to showcase the beauty form my photoshoot at Kirstenbosch Gardens in Cape Town.
